The Living Bible (TLB) The Living Bible is a paraphrased version of the King James Bible. It was initially created by Kenneth N. Taylor and finalized in 1971. It flows as a story book and was once immensely well-liked. While it is sometimes criticized for adding a lot of commentary to the biblical text, it is a beneficial tool for introducing the Holy Bible to individuals who are not familiar with it in addition to being easier for kids to comprehend. Since it's to some degree slanted with the author's theology it is not the most beneficial bible for an accurate, critical study. However it is very simple to read and pleasant for people of all ages.

New Living Translation (NLT) In July of 1996, Tyndale House Publishers released the New Living Translation (NLT). Using The Living Bible as a base, a group of 90 Bible scholars from a variety of theological backgrounds and denominations worked for seven years to complete it. They meticulously analyzed each verse using the Greek and Hebrew Scriptures to produce a true version that is accurate and easy to understand. The New Living Translation (NLT) is a translation of the Bible into modern day English. The New Living Translation was founded on the latest scholarship having the aim of generating a straightforward, readable version and at the same time staying loyal to the original manuscripts. It seeks to protect the freshness and readability of the original paraphrase while providing the accuracy and reliability. The NLT is focused on producing clarity in the meaning of the text rather than producing a literal, word-for-word equivalence. It is a nice readable translation which remains a bit more faithful to the original texts compared to the Living Bible, and at the same time trying to preserve the story book form and readability of the Living Bible.

English Standard Version (ESV) The English Standard Version (ESV) was initially published in 2001. It ended up being produced by a collection of about a hundred scholars having the aim of being an extremely accurate word for word translation, yet still be quite readable. The ESV is a highly accurate version of The Bible that very closely reflects the original meaning of the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic manuscripts in straightforward, readable, enduring English. Not simply did the makers of the English Standard Version make every effort to guarantee accuracy, transparency, and clarity of the original texts, additionally they desired to retain the individual style of each writer of the Bible. The ESV brings together word-for-word accuracy and precision with literary superiority, beauty, and readability.
