Indigo children are believed to be history makers; these children are the visionaries that have adjusted world events throughout recorded history. These children are believed to be on the spiritual level like that of Buddha, and they constantly find some peace and tranquility in what they do. They serve the needs of the Earth with their spirituality; they have massive amounts of energy to give doing their help. They are sensitive to the operation of all natural things.
These children started to appear in the 1950's and their numbers are increasing right throughout the 1990's. The children have in them an insatiable craving for learning. The Indigo children know themselves very well and they are not concerned with the issues of self-worth. They don't mainly abide by authority figures and never like to be told what to do, they believe in their own guidelines and viewpoints. They are always thinking and searching for what will best serve their purposes.
Indigo children are continually anxious and eager with the things linking to the sacred rules and protocols; they adore to follow the many methods of ceremonial aspects. They believe the old techniques and methods are too archaic for them and they are always thinking of new ways of doing things. Indigo children are not conformists they are always on the learning curve and devising new ways of doing something. nearly all schools and learning institutions will not allow Indigo Children to think outside of the box, because they still believe that their way is best.
These children are loners and will only be accompanied by their own peers who share the same way of thinking or similar personality, and they are so very contrasting from all other children from every aspect. Indigo Children will make their choices from within themselves and are known to be shy and withdrawn. The nearly all aggravating aspect that Indigo Children will display is round up and total disregard for rules and regulations of any and all learning institutions. These children will not give constructive criticism to their teachers and will continuously disobey when they are administered. They want to be listened to and want everyone to agree that they are right.
