Many of the best magic spells call for deep mediation in order to manipulate or accomplish something. This goes for black magic as well as white magic that call on the powers within you and the powers of the universe to apply a spell.
Many magic spells call for potions, herbs, candles and other forms of tools in order to fully gain the desired effect of the spell. However if you are well aware of your surroundings and are in complete understanding of deep meditation, you can cast a spell without any of these items. Magic relies on extreme concentration and a willingness to give yourself over to your belief in the magic and the spell itself. These are all fundamentals of being able to clear your mind to allow magic its rightful place.
Start by finding a quiet room, a place with no interruptions or distractions. It helps to have a special room in your house specifically for meditation; the air should be undisturbed and the walls should be lacking any decorations, unless serving as a focal point for your concentration. If this is not possible, then do the best you can. Have a sit in a comfortable spot and close your eyes, breath in and out through your nose and focus on your breathing. If there is anything troubling you, or anything else on your mind, let each things go one by one with each breath.
Once you have found yourself in the deepest state of relaxation, you can now envision what you want to accomplish, picture it, and live it. Allow a bright white light to surround it and burst through your desired goal. Now you can recite the words of the spell or simple recite "let it be".
If your desired outcome from this type of magic spell doesn't come immediately, don't give up! This is about the power of the mind! Continue to repeat the spell until its desired effect takes place!
